Dr. Valente Mérida is a Pediatric Allergist from the Faculty of Medicine of the UNAM with subsequent studies at the National Institute of Pediatrics and UABC. Within his more than 40 years of experience he has received awards from both national and international colleges and associations.

He completed his studies at the Children's Hospital of the Star Médica Medical System, the Cléinico San Carlos Hospital, and the Complutense University of Madrid, Spain. He has experience and studies in food allergies, driving innovation in this field in Mexico.
